It looks like Harry has a thing for firing his keyboardists. Charlotte Anne Clark, the pretty girl with the wheat colored hair is regrettably the latest on the chopping block.
Here are the updated shows for Harry’s upcoming tour, sans Ms. Clark:

Recently Shama-lama-ding-dong answered a question on her IG stories about whether she would be joining Harry’s band again for Love On Tour. Here is her answer:
And there we have it. Old Charlemagne was let go for reasons she doesn’t understand. What that means is 1) Harry and his team were either vague about why she was fired in the first place. 2) She knows why and doesn’t agree with the reason she was fired which is why she still doesn’t understand why they did it. 3) She is being silenced through an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) and is legally unable to state why she was let go. Sad times.
I really don’t know how I feel about this. Sherman Oaks seems like a nice enough girl and is pretty talented. I can’t see her doing something terribly objectionable where she needed to be fired, or not being good enough for the standard of the band, because again she’s really talented. Therefore, we’re left to speculate. And I believe she may’ve been let go because she began pursuing her own music career during the hiatus.
That still seems like an odd move on Harry’s part, though, because he’s known for letting smaller or upcoming artists from different genres tour with him to get more exposure. But I suppose maybe old Charlemagne here was considered a conflict of interest? Since she was a solo artist, maybe he didn’t want her involved with the behind the scenes of his unreleased music and private operations. That’s understandable, I suppose. I dunno. Don’t ask me. Whatever.
Earlier I mentioned Harry had a thing for firing his keyboardists, because if you remember following his first tour, his lovely keyboardist Clare Uchima was also “disappeared” without explanation.
However, we don’t actually know if Clare was fired by Harry or if she left of her own volition. She still follows Harry and he also follows her. I would imagine if there was any bad blood between them they would’ve unfollowed each other eventually.
I suppose there is nothing else to do here but wish the best for Charlotte Ann Clark on her journey through music, and see what becomes of this new Harry who even his own fans aren’t really digging at the moment. I will always love him, but I would be lying if I didn’t admit things seem to be weird lately.
Adam, Harry’s bassist and longtime friend was fired as well, and he and his wife unfollowed Harry and all of his team. Oop. Something untoward went down. That’s for sure.
lol i can’t stop laughing ! peopole are really weird sometimes .. i don’t imagine myself going to harry styles gig just to see charlotte 😂 … obviously she’s disposable and musicians go in and out of band all the time ..

Oh okay so maybe she was let go bc Harry didn’t want to hold her back and nor did he want her to pursue a solo career while being a part of his band and knowing his work secrets and stuff idek I’m just speculating lol. I wish her the best tho.
Re-announced tour theming is green/black i.e. like H’s Grammys’ outfit. That was a real look shift for H. I feel as if H is distancing himself from blue/pink openess and vulnerablity that is Fineline. I’m thinking that in terms of what the record meant to him emotionally i.e. his own personal hopes particularly with the gap year and fish. I feel H is hardening himself, altering his “surroundings” for the tour to enable himself to get by/through performing Fineline’s songs night after night. The vibe coming through is very similar to how H was being in ID post Z i.e. showed up, “gave” on stage but was also noticeably very un-H. Same situation really i.e. Love On Tour is sold so H has to perform no matter how he now feels about Fineline. Maybe that means having people touring with him who don’t really know him that well, don’t have much history and most importantly don’t remind him of his hopes and joy in Fineline. I think it might also mean changing up the way songs will be played/performed. If yes, will be very intriguing to see how that works out for him given his music is the one place H hasn’t been able to dissemble …
listen… i’m supposed to see harry live in october (which i’m super grateful for) but everything revolving him seems super strange right now. like he doesn’t seem like himself right now, and that can be a naive statement to make as i don’t know him personally. but listening to his music and seeing his personality bloom, it used to bring such a warmth and comfort to all the fans and now it’s the opposite. i’m hoping once he goes back on tour that he finds his footing again, i know tour/performing has done that for him in the past. can anyone relate?
AD you are so funny!😂 I feel bad for Charlotte, but I’m not surprised seeing as how Harry has been acting so out of character lately. His aura is definitely giving off weird af vibes.
Honestly, I feel like she was let go to pursue her own music without having to worry about fulfilling other obligations like being in a band and going on tour. I feel like many fans of H didn’t know her by name aside from him and by her bringing up the fact that she was let go because of reasons she doesnt understand seems petty. She could very well have known but also knows that she gains more attention with him, even if it means slinging in name in the proverbial dirt. Now, that she isn’t part of the band people will unfollow her but if she says that she was wronged then people would be more likely to stay in her defense.
Firing someone without telling them why doesn’t align with Harry’s MO of TPWK.
Just maybe she copied Harry’s song, and sang it for herself, that could be the reason of being fired. Let’s listen to her lyrics of her new music, could give us some light, what could have transpired between Harry and Charlotte.
People were hoping Dev Haynes, who played bass for him during The Grammys, would join him on tour. I wouldn’t be mad if that happened ☺️ He might just be going in another direction with the band thinking about the stage show.
I really don’t know what to think about this departure, especially as there doesn’t seem to be an explanation. It just feels “off” but I can’t put my finger on why. My guess is that we will probably never know why this has happened. I hope Harry hasn’t gone down the ruthless mode and Charlotte is a casualty but that would mean him undergoing a personality transplant! It’s very strange what’s been going on the last few weeks.
I have so many thoughts on this n feel a bit conflicted about it all. Let me start off by saying r ppl really going to try n say the only reason for seeing Harry is bc of Charlotte? Or he fired her bc she’s a woman? I cant with the over dramatic ridiculousness. I get it, u liked her, it’s sad n a little weird, mainly bc of how she mentioned being let go. I never knew her name before this. Did I notice her? Yes. Is she talented? Yes. But in no way do I think she is this irreplaceable. All her fans can now have her all to themselves, right?! It bothers me so much bc H wrked very hard to make his albums, and ppl r so quick to jump against him. I’m starting to see the appeal of hiding like Z. Also, it’s a business. As much as ppl like to thk H isn’t a businessman, he is. Who knows, maybe he just found someone more available, or just felt fit better. Who knows but at the end of the day it’s his name on the album. Ppl shd trust that H had a very good reason to let Charlotte go. I don’t know what’s up with Harry anymore. I don’t like it. I have tickets to the Houston show in September. I’m seriously wondering what to expect. Charlotte is very talented. Their harmonies were always incredible. His tour starts in a few weeks so wth? It’s not a good time to be shaking up the team. He’s been filming and then having his romantic, passionate, love filled Vaca with O. (Kissy kissy) I’m sorry. Couldn’t help myself. I just listened to Lights Up so this thing with O gets on my nerves. It’s not like it affects my life but it would be nice if that Harry came back.
harry replaced Clare because she defended a rapist in 2018.He didnt fire her for fun.As for Charolette we dont know what goes on behind the scene with harry
Hey AD . First of all I didn’t know Charlotte’s name until today but I knew she was in Harry’s band. According to her post ,she was given a reason but didn’t agree with it. She has done several interviews since Dec 2020 talking about her solo career and the way she always wanted to do solo career . She may not be part of the tour but Atleast she was payed beforehand. It wouldn’t make sense if she is still part of the band even after Releasing her solo music. Maybe they didn’t want her stealing their own ideas /style and apply it to her music later sue him for plagiarism. I’m not saying she is capable of doing this but hey you should n’t have high expectations from pple esp If business is involved. Anyways I wish her all the best .she is really talented I’m sure she’ll have an amazing solo career .
I really don’t think it’s to do with that she’s a woman. No one really knows what happened but I think there must’ve been a reason. I don’t really think it’s bc of her music because 1d is on a ‘hiatus’ and Harry’s making music. She may have done something bad behind the scenes. Like AD said, maybe the reason is known but she is legally not allowed to tell anyone. I don’t think people can be on either side as none of us knows what’s happened. Harry could’ve fired her for a valid reason, so saying that it’s crappy on his end wouldn’t be necessarily right. But this could also be vice versa. As I said, I don’t think it’s because she is a girl because he’s known for treating everyone with equality.
Harry is becoming who he’s sleeping with, unfortunately. I also sense that he’s starting to show signs of bitterness, anger and resentment, a dangerous combination that impales good common sense.
No idea what Harry is upto. Maybe zayn can play the triangle on tour 🤷♀️
Well we really don’t the reason for H firing her , so these twitter people should stop their hate against Harry, he’s got to have some really strong reason for firing her !
AD thank you again for your detailed information. It is sad to hear that this talented woman is no longer with the band. Maybe H is changing up his sound, and maybe playing styles are different. He has changed up the jungle bell ball performance as well as the Grammy one, which I personally liked, so I guess we will see! Whatever he does I wish him well….
If H makes O his new keyboardist, then my Zarry vs McLennon comparison will go eerily next level!! 🤣
Yesterday I read that Adam, Harry’s guitarist, is not going on the tour either.
Maybe the vision of this tour is different from the previous one and maybe Mitch and Sarah are not there either … that’s what I read on twitter. But I don’t know if the information is reliable.
The only certainty is that Charlotte herself has confirmed that she will not be on the tour for “reasons that she doesn’t understand.” It’s kind of weird, she implies that she has been given reasons for firing her that she doesn’t seem to agree with. Or maybe there are reasons why she is not there but she disagrees. I think there is a new H, at least a new one that they want to show us and maybe they want to break away from all that Fine Line meant and the first part of the Love Tour.
