Wyldfleur Co’s line of jewelry, crafts, and accessories is not recommended or intended for children under the age of 7 and should be kept out of the reach of young children or other individuals likely to ingest the jewelry or its component parts. Wyldfleur Co’s jewelry should never be placed in the mouth due to risk of choking. Customer agrees that the use of Wyldfleur Co’s line of jewelry, crafts, and accessories is entirely at the customer’s own risk and without warranty. Customer acknowledges the risk of injury from any cause connected with his or her use of or possession of said jewelry, crafts, and accessories rests with the Customer.
SECTION 2 – ALLERGY ALERT (NICKEL & OTHER METALS OR ALLOYS)
Although rare, some people are allergic to the metals and finishes commonly used in making jewelry. Wyldfleur Co’s fashion/costume jewelry, crafts, and accessories may contain elements of base metal, brass, copper, nickel, gold, silver or other alloys. Please be advised If you are allergic to said materials. It is the responsibility of the consumer to be aware of any allergies he or she may have to metals & alloys or the oxidation applied to metals (liver of sulfur) prior to making a purchase. Because there is no way for us to know the medical history of our customers, Wyldfleur Co. will not be held liable for any discomfort or allergic reactions that may occur as a result of wearing our jewelry, crafts, and accessories.

REFUND POLICY:
This refund policy applies to the handmade boutique only. Returns for Wyldfleur Apparel will be processed through Teespring, the merch fulfillment center.
We accept returns for items purchased through the handmade boutique on www.wyldfleur.co (AKA www.wyldfleur.store) within 7 days of delivery, for damaged or defective items only, with photographic proof of the damage or defect. You can reach out to us for a replacement product or a refund to the original payment method.
Since all of our items are handcrafted and many are personalized and made to order, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse. If there is an issue with your order or the products you received, or if you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at: wyldfleurco@gmail.com.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

- Tell us which items you would like replaced or refunded.
- Provide photo evidence of damaged or defective items.
